What is the CreateMyStore affiliate program?
CreateMyStore’s affiliate program lets you promote CreateMyStore.ai and earn up to 25% lifetime commission on the Vitals subscriptions generated through your referral link—paid as long as your referred customers stay subscribed.
Who can become a CreateMyStore partner?
Anyone with an audience interested in e-commerce, Shopify, or online business can become a partner. Content creators, course creators, agencies, and consultants are all welcome.
What constitutes a successful referral?
A successful referral is when someone signs up on CreateMyStore and for a paid Vitals subscription using your unique referral link and maintains their subscription.
How are refunds handled?
A successful referral is counted after the Vitals free trial ends and Shopify charges the subscription. Refunds will affect the net revenue of the commissions and their value. If we process the refund before making the payment, the refund value will decrease the payout level. If we've already processed the payment, the refund value will impact your next month's balance.
What happens if someone cancels or pauses their subscription?
You earn monthly commissions only while your referred customer remains subscribed and paying. If they cancel, commissions stop until/if they become paying again.
When and how are payments made?
We process all payments in maximum 7 days from your payment request. We currently support PayPal and Bank Transfer payments. Before sending your first payment, we'll reach out to you for your PayPal email address or details for the Wire Transfer. Good to know: In order to get the payment, you'll need to reach $100 in commissions.
How are commissions calculated?
We always account for our net revenue from the sale, after Shopify takes their commission for using their API. So, for a basic subscription of $29.99, our net revenue is $24.50. We pay commissions on all revenue generated through your referral links, except for fees merchants might pay us for specific customizations.
How do commission tiers work?
Your lifetime commission rate depends on how many customers you refer monthly: 10% for 1–10 customers/month, 20% for 11–29 customers/month and 25% for 30+ customers/month. Important: The commission for that respective month stays the same, even if you don't have the same number of active referrals.
Is this lifetime revenue share for real?
Yes! You earn commissions for as long as your referred customers stay subscribed. There is no cap or time limit on your earnings.
